Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless an item arrives damaged or there was an error in your order. Please read below for full details.

Shipping & Lost Packages

Once your order has been handed off to a shipping carrier, it is out of our control. The shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery of your package. If your order is delayed or missing, we strongly recommend that you first contact the shipping carrier to open a missing package case.

Please allow 1–3 additional business days after a “Delivered” status, as shipping carriers sometimes prematurely mark packages as delivered. In the meantime, check:

  • Around your property

  • With household members

  • With neighbors

We typically do not issue full refunds for orders lost, damaged, or delayed by a shipping carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right by shipping you the correct item at no additional cost.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Report the issue within seven days of delivery

To start a return or correction request, contact us at altanmlco@gmail.com. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Do not return items without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
