Shipping policy

Order Handling & Processing

Orders are packed and shipped in the order they’re received—unless they include a pre-order item, which may extend the timeline. Standard processing time is 1–5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Products that take longer than this will be noted in their description.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email receipt. When your order hits our shipping queue, a separate email with tracking info will be sent automatically—this means a label has been created, but the package may not be physically scanned or moving yet.

Order Notes

Have a special request? You can leave a note at checkout, but keep in mind: order notes are not seen until we start shipping. If something is time-sensitive or urgent, please reach out to us directly at altanmlco@gmail.com so we can help in real time.

Tracking Your Order

All packages (except sticker-only orders) include tracking. If you don’t see a tracking email within a few days of purchase, double-check your spam folder or get in touch with us.

Pet Allergy Notice

Heads-up for our fellow animal lovers: ALT/ANML operates out of a pet-friendly space—cats are part of the creative process here. While we keep items stored clean and separate (aka no direct contact!), we recommend that anyone with cat allergies air out or wash products before use. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge this condition and accept responsibility for any allergic reactions.

No Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of USPS or the selected shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after dispatch. If your package is missing or shows a “delivered” scan but hasn’t arrived, your best move is to:

  • Contact USPS directly with your tracking number

  • Check around your delivery location and with neighbors

  • Give it 1–3 extra days—USPS sometimes scans early

We’ll do our best to assist, but cannot replace or refund orders lost or damaged in transit.

Mistakes on Our End

If we mess up—wrong item, missing product, or an issue during fulfillment—please contact us at altanmlco@gmail.com. We’ll fix it. Fast.

All items should be handled with care. ALT/ANML is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from misuse of our products.

Customer Info & Accuracy

It’s your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping and billing information. This includes your email address, shipping address, and payment method. Errors here may delay your order and are not our responsibility.

Order Refusals & Limits

We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our discretion—especially if we suspect bulk buying, resale, or suspicious activity. If this happens, we’ll notify you using the email or phone number you provided at checkout.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can request a cancellation before your shipping label is created. After that point, the order is already being fulfilled and cannot be canceled.

International Orders

We currently ship worldwide where legally allowed. International delivery times range from 1–4 weeks, depending on location and customs. All duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. If we’re unable to ship to your country, you’ll be refunded in full.
